Mont Blanc re-prices Warrants

VANCOUVER, B.C., October 22, 2007 - Mont Blanc Resources Inc. (TSX-V: MTN) (the "Company") has made application to the TSX Venture Exchange to reprice all outstanding share purchase warrants as follows:

         
On October 17, 2008 the TSX Venture Exchange accepted the Company's application to reprice warrants expiring March 13, 2008, April 10, 2008 and May 19, 2008. The Exchange's acceptance to reprice warrants expiring April 17, 2008 is expected shortly.
