Mont Blanc - Reinstatement of Trading on TSX Venture Exchange
Vancouver, BC, July 15, 2008 - Mont Blanc Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX-V: MTN) is pleased
to announce that following the filing of its annual financial statements for the financial year ended
January 31, 2008 and related managementŐs discussion and analysis on June 27, 2008 and the revocation
of the cease trade order originally issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on June 10,
2008, the common shares in the capital of the Company were reinstated for trading on the TSX Venture
Exchange (the "Exchange") today.
The Company apologizes for any concerns the cease trade order caused our shareholders.
The Company is also pleased to announce that it has received shareholder approval to change its name to
"Sonora Gold & Silver Corp.", subject to TSX Venture Exchange Approval. The symbol "SOC" has
been reserved with the Exchange. The Company anticipates that the change of name will be effective as
of July 17, 2008.
